A SaaS Development Company for the Whole Build

STACKSKI is a SaaS development company for teams that want SaaS application development, SaaS product development, or SaaS platform development handled by one team from architecture to launch, not stitched together from contractors.

That covers SaaS web development for browser-based products and SaaS mobile app development for a companion app. When speed matters more than scope, the same team runs as a SaaS MVP development company and ships in weeks, not quarters.

SaaS Web Application Development

Multi-Tenancy

Each customer gets a separate, secure view of the application. Includes:

  • Tenant data isolation;
  • Per-tenant settings and branding;
  • Onboarding for new tenants.

What you receive: a tenant architecture designed in from the start, not added later.

Team Accounts & Permissions

Companies add people to one account and control access. Includes:

  • Team invitations;
  • Roles and permissions;
  • Account ownership transfers.

What you receive: team accounts where each person sees and changes only what they should.

Subscription Billing

The part of SaaS development most teams underestimate. Includes:

  • Plans, trials, and upgrades;
  • Cancellations and usage charges;
  • Stripe integration.

What you receive: billing that handles the common subscription scenarios your customers will run into.

Usage Metering

Tracking usage when it affects billing or limits. Includes:

  • API calls, storage, and transactions;
  • Credits, tokens, or seats;
  • Usage limits and alerts.

What you receive: usage data you can bill on and show to your customers.

Built to Scale

Performance work planned as part of the build. Includes:

  • Queues and background jobs;
  • Caching;
  • Database tuning.

What you receive: an application prepared for more tenants and more usage.

You Own the Product

You don't pay twice for the same code. Includes:

  • Full source code;
  • Your own database and infrastructure;
  • No royalties or licensing fees.

What you receive: a product that belongs to you, with no vendor lock-in.

How We Work

A transparent, predictable process from first contact to ongoing support

Roadmap

01 – Discovery

We start by listening. Please call us, send an email, or book a video call. We’d like to hear about the project you want to build or the problem you would like to solve, what you’ve tried so far, and any deadlines or budget constraints. If we need to look at your existing project before recommending a direction, we’ll discuss that next step with you.

  • Initial call to discuss your goals and constraints
  • Review of existing systems or requirements

02 – NDA

An NDA is a document designed to protect your ideas, business plans, and any other sensitive information you can’t discuss with everyone.

While the NDA is listed as the second step in this workflow, it can be signed at any point, even before the discovery call. It doesn’t cost you anything, so please feel free to ask for it whenever necessary.

03 – Proposal

After evaluating your requirements, we send you a proposal. Normally, that’s a Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus a Scope of Work (SoW).

The MSA sets out the general terms of how we work together. Each Statement of Work (SoW) then defines the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and pricing for a specific engagement.

The SoW is where we define the project, timeline, budget, acceptance criteria, and everything else not covered by the MSA.

If you decide to give us more work (and why not, we’re quite good at IT), we don’t sign another MSA. We simply sign a new SoW under the same MSA.

04 – Engagement

Once agreed, we get to work.

The SoW sets out what we’ll deliver, the timeline, and our responsibilities. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses and discuss any issues that could affect delivery.

05 – Delivery

We deliver the work defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) and review it with you against the agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the engagement, this may include deploying software, handing over code and documentation, or presenting findings and recommendations.

Software Development projects: full code ownership, no licensing or royalties. 30 days of code warranty included.

06 – Support

Support is optional and mainly applies to software development projects rather than advisory engagements.

If you need help after launch or ongoing software maintenance, we can discuss retainer options. You decide whether you’d like us to stay involved after delivery.

  • Ongoing maintenance and bug fixes as needed
  • Flexible support agreements, no long-term lock-in
  • Direct line back to the team that built it
