AI is transforming how businesses operate. We integrate AI capabilities into your applications: LLM-powered features, machine learning models, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision systems. From chatbots to predictive analytics, we help you leverage AI to deliver better products and drive business value.
AI Integration Services
LLM Integration
Language models for intelligent conversational features, from support chat to internal copilots. Includes:
Prompt design and orchestration;
Model routing and fallback strategies;
Context and token optimization;
Compliance guardrails and data redaction.
What you receive: AI features with guardrails in place, and cost and behavior you can monitor.
MCP Servers
Model Context Protocol servers that expose your tools, data, and internal systems to AI assistants in a structured, secure way. Includes:
Custom MCP server design and implementation;
Secure, scoped access to internal APIs and data;
Tool and resource definitions for agentic workflows;
Authentication, auditing, and permission boundaries.
What you receive: a secure MCP server that lets AI assistants use your tools and data within clear permission boundaries.
RAG & Vector Databases
Retrieval-augmented generation that grounds model responses in your own data. Includes:
Embedding pipelines and chunking strategies;
Vector database selection and indexing;
Hybrid lexical and semantic search with reranking;
Freshness, sync, and access control for source data.
What you receive: answers grounded in your own documents and data, with sources and access control.
Model Evaluation
Structured testing and monitoring so you know how your AI features actually perform. Includes:
Evaluation datasets and scoring criteria;
Regression testing across prompts and model versions;
Production tracing, logging, and cost tracking;
Drift, hallucination, and quality monitoring.
What you receive: measurable quality for your AI features, with alerts when quality or costs drift.
AI Data Pipelines
Turn documents, tickets, databases, and other raw sources into clean, structured data. Includes:
Extraction and normalization from documents and systems;
Cleaning, deduplication, and chunking;
Scheduled and event-driven ingestion;
Metadata tagging and lineage for auditability.
What you receive: clean, structured, up-to-date data your AI features can rely on.
How WeWork
A transparent, predictable process from first contact to ongoing support
Roadmap
01 – Discovery
We start by listening. Please call us, send an email, or book a video call. We’d like to hear about the project you want to build or the problem you would like to solve, what you’ve tried so far, and any deadlines or budget constraints. If we need to look at your existing project before recommending a direction, we’ll discuss that next step with you.
Initial call to discuss your goals and constraints
Review of existing systems or requirements
02 – NDA
An NDA is a document designed to protect your ideas, business plans, and any other sensitive information you can’t discuss with everyone.
While the NDA is listed as the second step in this workflow, it can be signed at any point, even before the discovery call. It doesn’t cost you anything, so please feel free to ask for it whenever necessary.
03 – Proposal
After evaluating your requirements, we send you a proposal. Normally, that’s a Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus a Scope of Work (SoW).
The MSA sets out the general terms of how we work together. Each Statement of Work (SoW) then defines the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and pricing for a specific engagement.
The SoW is where we define the project, timeline, budget, acceptance criteria, and everything else not covered by the MSA.
If you decide to give us more work (and why not, we’re quite good at IT), we don’t sign another MSA. We simply sign a new SoW under the same MSA.
04 – Engagement
Once agreed, we get to work.
The SoW sets out what we’ll deliver, the timeline, and our responsibilities. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses and discuss any issues that could affect delivery.
05 – Delivery
We deliver the work defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) and review it with you against the agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the engagement, this may include deploying software, handing over code and documentation, or presenting findings and recommendations.
Software Development projects: full code ownership, no licensing or royalties. 30 days of code warranty included.
06 – Support
Support is optional and mainly applies to software development projects rather than advisory engagements.
If you need help after launch or ongoing software maintenance, we can discuss retainer options. You decide whether you’d like us to stay involved after delivery.
Ongoing maintenance and bug fixes as needed
Flexible support agreements, no long-term lock-in
Direct line back to the team that built it
