Application Development

Off-the-shelf software doesn't always fit how your business works. We design and build custom applications, portals, internal tools, SaaS products and APIs tailored to your requirements. From a new product built from scratch to extending an existing system, we deliver software that fits your workflows instead of forcing you to adapt to someone else's.

Development Services

Custom Applications

Purpose-built software designed around your business processes and requirements. Especially beneficial for:

  • Companies whose workflows don't fit off-the-shelf software;
  • Businesses paying for several tools that each do part of the job;
  • Teams that need software as a competitive advantage, not a commodity.

What you receive: a working application built to your requirements, with full code ownership and documentation.

Internal Tools & Portals

Admin dashboards, customer portals, and internal tools that streamline day-to-day operations. Especially beneficial for:

  • Teams running operations on spreadsheets and email;
  • Companies whose customers need self-service access to orders, accounts, or documents;
  • Managers who need one place to see what is happening across the business.

What you receive: a secure, role-based tool or portal that replaces manual work and fits how your team operates.

SaaS Applications

Multi-tenant platforms with billing, team accounts, and the infrastructure to scale. Especially beneficial for:

  • Founders turning an idea or an internal tool into a subscription product;
  • Companies moving a single-client application to a multi-tenant platform;
  • SaaS products that have outgrown their first version.

What you receive: a production-ready SaaS platform with subscriptions, team accounts, and an architecture ready to scale.

API Development

Well-documented, reliable APIs that power your applications and integrations. Especially beneficial for:

  • Products with web and mobile apps sharing one back-end;
  • Companies opening their platform to partners or customers;
  • Teams replacing fragile, undocumented integrations.

What you receive: a versioned, tested API with clear documentation your developers and partners can rely on.

MVP to Production

From a first working version to a production-grade application, built to grow with you. Especially beneficial for:

  • Founders validating a new product idea;
  • Prototypes that work but aren't ready for real users;
  • Products preparing for launch, growth, or their first large customers.

What you receive: a working MVP and a clear path to a stable production application.

Feature Extension

Add new capabilities to an existing application without disrupting what already works. Especially beneficial for:

  • Companies whose original developer or agency is no longer available;
  • Teams with a growing backlog and limited capacity;
  • Applications where every change risks breaking something else.

What you receive: new features delivered on your existing codebase, tested, documented, and covered by our code warranty.

How We Work

A transparent, predictable process from first contact to ongoing support

Roadmap

01 – Discovery

We start by listening. Please call us, send an email, or book a video call. We’d like to hear about the project you want to build or the problem you would like to solve, what you’ve tried so far, and any deadlines or budget constraints. If we need to look at your existing project before recommending a direction, we’ll discuss that next step with you.

  • Initial call to discuss your goals and constraints
  • Review of existing systems or requirements

02 – NDA

An NDA is a document designed to protect your ideas, business plans, and any other sensitive information you can’t discuss with everyone.

While the NDA is listed as the second step in this workflow, it can be signed at any point, even before the discovery call. It doesn’t cost you anything, so please feel free to ask for it whenever necessary.

03 – Proposal

After evaluating your requirements, we send you a proposal. Normally, that’s a Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus a Scope of Work (SoW).

The MSA sets out the general terms of how we work together. Each Statement of Work (SoW) then defines the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and pricing for a specific engagement.

The SoW is where we define the project, timeline, budget, acceptance criteria, and everything else not covered by the MSA.

If you decide to give us more work (and why not, we’re quite good at IT), we don’t sign another MSA. We simply sign a new SoW under the same MSA.

04 – Engagement

Once agreed, we get to work.

The SoW sets out what we’ll deliver, the timeline, and our responsibilities. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses and discuss any issues that could affect delivery.

05 – Delivery

We deliver the work defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) and review it with you against the agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the engagement, this may include deploying software, handing over code and documentation, or presenting findings and recommendations.

Software Development projects: full code ownership, no licensing or royalties. 30 days of code warranty included.

06 – Support

Support is optional and mainly applies to software development projects rather than advisory engagements.

If you need help after launch or ongoing software maintenance, we can discuss retainer options. You decide whether you’d like us to stay involved after delivery.

  • Ongoing maintenance and bug fixes as needed
  • Flexible support agreements, no long-term lock-in
  • Direct line back to the team that built it
